With over 20 years of classroom experience, my time with TUV Rheinland training, a near-native IELTS Band 8 proficiency, and holding dual Master’s degrees in English Linguistics and Literature, I am rightly positioned to design a curriculum that fits Competency-Based Training (CBT). I fully understand that there is a need to apply modern approaches like the ADDIE model to our instructional design.

Language is a tool for empowerment, but in a digital world, it must be paired with technical literacy. The most successful educators will be the ones who balance established foundations with emerging technologies. I don’t just teach English; I use the digital infrastructure that makes learning efficient. I have used my technological ability to solve educational problems. From interactive quizzes to automating complex academic data for 1,000+ students in Excel, or leading a faculty workshop on Blackboard integration, I have strived to create high-impact learning environments.
